职位描述：
此职位主要负责MR-Linac直线加速器的研发。该放射疗法系统致力于检测并显示治疗期间病人躯体的几何变化，从而达到实时根据病人情况调整放射计量的目的。信息架构师是数据管理、 数据集成、 商务智能和健康信息领域架构的权威和专家。本职位负责阐释信息解决方案；制定软件架构，接口，准则和标准。并和开发团队一起完成项目的实施。需要保证公司架构的完整性和一致性，调解各种冲突，让不同的团队取得共识和解。

工作职责︰
- 从较高层次，整体审视公司的产品和研发提议。
- 参与设计建立和维护企业体系结构的战略。
- 向系统架构师和非技术工作人员解释沟通关于数据结构方面的战略计划。
- 理解并解释需求——参与发现和分析相关利益者的顾虑，合规需求以及业务场景，并确保能将三者纳入一个统一的视角考虑，并妥善记录。
- 创建模型——研发表达明确的模型，从而有效的沟通产品的组成部分。信息架构师负责保持整体架构的完整，并从架构的角度维护产品的开发。信息架构师也是连接不同功能团队，尤其是工程师团队和产品经理之间的的纽带，确保每个团队充分发挥其作用。
- 验证、 优化和扩展模型。和相关专业的专家一起改进模型。为了进一步完善模型，需要加入新想法，使得模型在更加灵活的基础上，进一步贴近目前和理想的需求。
- 管理架构——持续的专注并更新摸型以体现改变，添加或者修补的功能。架构师是是"改变的代理人"，他们代表着对现有架构改变的需求。通过这一轮循环，架构师持续促进公司不同部门之间关于客户，架构以及技术信息的交流。在项目需要就开发问题做出决策的时候，架构师需要代表架构指出问题所在。

This position focuses on MR-Linac, a radiotherapy system that can detect and visualize any geometrical change in the patient during treatment, and adapt the radiotherapy dose accordingly in real-time. The Information Architect is the authority and expert in data management, data integration, business intelligence and health informatics domain architecture. The role is responsible for articulating the vision for informatics solutions; developing software blueprints, roadmaps, guidelines and standards; and working with development teams through implementation. This role is and ensures the integrity and alignment with the enterprise architecture, and requires satisfactorily reconciling the conflicting concerns of different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-level, holistic vision of enterprise solutions and development initiatives.
- Participate in the strategy for building and maintaining the enterprise architecture runway.
- Understand and communicate strategic initiatives for data architecture to system architects and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Understand and interpret requirements- Participate in the discovery and analysis of stakeholder concerns, compliance requirements and business scenarios and ensure they translate into a consistent, documented view of the domain.
- Create useful models- Develop well-formulated models of the components of the solution to communicate the ideas effectively. The information architect is responsible for the overall architecture integrity and maintaining the vision of the offering from an architectural perspective. The architect also is a liaison between the functional groups (especially engineering and product management) to ensure that the leverage opportunities are realized.
- Validate, refine, and expand the model- Verify assumptions, bring in subject matter experts, etc. in order to improve the model and to further define it, adding as necessary new ideas to make the result more flexible and more tightly linked to current and expected requirements.
- Manage the architecture- Continuously monitor the models and update them as necessary to show changes, additions, and alterations. The architect is an "agent of change", representing that need for the implementation of the architecture. Through this development cycle, the architect continuously fosters the sharing of customer, architecture, and technical information between organizations. Represent architecture and issues during development and decision points of the program.
职位要求：
岗位要求（技术/工作经验/资格证书）
- NoSQL 和Relational database的使用经验，必须掌握 SQL server
- 熟悉企业架构
- SQL过程和数据库性能调优方面基础扎实。
- 有极强的设计和分析能力
- 掌握数据建模，数据管理，数据集成以及商务智能。

Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
- Have experience in NoSQL and Relational database(SQL server is a must)
- Familiar with the enterprise architecture
- Have solid foundation in SQL Procedure and Database Performance Tuning and Optimizing
- Have strong design and analysis capability
- Master data modeling, data management, data integration and business intelligence
