Tasks Description
? Provide sales system and regulation hotline support to CRM (Opera,
Speaker, CLM, Promat, TTMS, Incentive, SCI, IRIS and BIRD)
? CRM data and Incentive data and provide hotline support
services.it includes system query, sales bonus query, customer
information management.
? Raise issue tickets in the system and forward ticket to relevant
central management functions or external vendors
? Keep tracking of issue status in the system
? Inform the system and regulation update to Bayer employees as
contact window
? Collect and report back user feedback to improve Bayer sales
system.
Requirements Description
- College degree or above
- Call center or service background is preferred.
- IT background is highly preferred.
- Customer oriented with agreeable personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
