GENERAL SUMMARY
Coordination of AR/Cash collection related reporting and issues for China Dry project. Consolidate /forecast/variance analysis for China Dry Cash flow
Assist with monthly closing of books, monthly forecast, and preparation of annual budget and business plan for the company's growing Beijing Entity operations. Be responsible to local reporting, tax, treasury and payment related work for Beijing entity.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
China Dry level:
? Coordinating invoicing and related documents to 3rd Party
? Coordinating with the client for payment
? Following up project cash plan(in-out)
? Prepare Cash In/Billing related reporting and analysis
Entity level
? Coordinate Account Payable
? Employee expense reimbursement
? Fixed Assets Management
? Tax & other government related affaire
? Treasury
? BJ Cost center cost control & reporting
? General Ledger
? Monthly closing.
? Other special projects for company as necessary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years finance field and at least 2 year GL accounting


SKILLS:
Communication skills, computer skills


ABILITIES:
Fluency in Chinese, English
