职位描述：
Archibat Asia is looking for a HR Specialist for a successful Office Design company based in Shanghai. They have designed lots of professional office for many large international companies all around China and Asia.

Job Duties:
This role will work with the Director and Shanghai operation team to align the local office HR activities with the corporate goals and strategies and implement accordingly. Particularly in recruitment, talent development, training program and employee relations.
· Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition, positioning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, reference check and hiring;

· Compensation and benefits: Manage yearly HR budget, total headcount forecast, salary and benefit forecast;

· Performance Appraisal: Lead quarterly performance and development conversation program and provide training and explain accordingly;

· Training and Development: Implement training plan based on training needs, and ensure that approved training courses are arranged align with the plan and under budget control.

 Requirements:
. At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in HR, Training or Marketing;

· Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin;

· Bachelor degree or above;

· Mature, creative, independent and strong sense of responsibility;

· Strong analytical ability;

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;

· Possess a work ethic of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
