This is a hiring need from a Global Leading AUTOMOTIVE OEM.
Vocational Training (Assistant Manager)

Objectives of the Position
? Provide guidance on placement of corporate and business goals.
? Always keep the internal and external customer satisfaction View.
? Continuously review the training quality in order to maintain a high standard and encourage continual improvements in training.
? Window to Global Vocational Training Methods and Projects.
? Vocational Training Experience Exchange Project.
? Building the Bridge between Global HQ and Chinese Culture.
Qualification required
? Professional skills:
-Can use abbreviations, technical vocabulary and foreign words correctly during training.
-Takes responsibility for ensuring that training objectives are achieved.
-Can adapt the training to the target group while taking account of individual learning requirements, can take account of different learning behavior and deal with learning difficulties in a professional manner.
-Can demonstrate and implement alternatives to trainer-centered presentation that encourage participant involvement
-Has a market-oriented approach to training. Is aware of and interested in new trends in the field of vocational training and can evaluate these.
-English & German Language is highly recommended
? Personal skills:
-Demonstrates a well-balanced approach in critical situations and under time pressure while maintaining a high quality of work.
Task designation
-Focus on customer demand; develop the corresponding training learning project. And to ensure the teaching quality. e.g.: Learning Projects (Mechatronic Project and Painting Project).
-Management and implementation of strategic and tactical vocational training concepts coupled with guidelines, tools and targets to improve and maintain a higher qualification apprentices.
-The training combine the technical skill with plant standard & requirement to ensure students could adapt themselves to actual production quickly.
-Communication and coordination with Global headquarters for China.
e.g.: Establish between China and Global School partnership.
? Co-operation school Support and on-site
-Retaining the quality of existing co-operation schools.
-Train the trainer program for the Cooperation School.
-Initiating new Job-profile program according to the Joint Venture demands.
e.g.: Robot, Painting and Electrotechnics.
? Joint Venture Support
-Establishing a certification for Blue Collars, analyze the current status, develop short term exercises & documentation sheets and train supervisors.
-To help joint venture to establish learning island, to improve the quality of the blue-collar workers.
-Communication and coordination with JV HR for Vocational Training Events.
