Customer Service Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop CCC operation Strategy
1) Build up CCC to be a customer interfacing platform to align with repair and calibration operations in getting orders, order/revenue conversion in a controlled interval as well as satisfying customers that is critical to SSO Org in driving for revenue while maintaining customer’s loyalty.
2) Exploring business opportunities through customer interfacing platform to help on growing business.
3) Determines and set up personal accountability with rationalized goal trees for each individuals to align with organization goals.

2. Drive for CCC operation excellence
1) Be an owner of SSO China CCC operation process, daily operation supervision, KPI owner for order/revenue conversion, cycle time, customer satisfaction, customer complain handling, individual performance review and talent management.
2) Drive operation effectiveness and efficiency through a systematic approach of establishing standardized procedures and work instructions for all inside operations and connections with other function teams.
3) Implementing a performance driven model targeting business goals.
4) Delivers strong growth by exceeding defined targets for revenue growth.
5) Ensures that team meets or exceeds overall targets such as: overall opportunity generation, pipeline revenue, closed revenue, and key activity completion.

3. Well Developed Team and Team Members
1) Executes all aspects of hiring, developing, coaching/mentoring, appraising, rewarding and holding representatives accountable for assigned job responsibilities and results.
2) Ensures that all inside Customer Service Representatives receive all communication, training, and tools needed to perform their jobs at exceptional levels.

Requirements:
1) A Bachelor degree and excellent oral and written English communication skills
2) Experience: - Minimum 5+ years’ experience leading a call center operation focusing on achieving business revenue and customer satisfaction with proven results, preferably managing through other managers to achieve results
3) Skill: - Strong sense of managing an operation through systematic approach. Strong knowledge of the business, customers, demonstrated understanding of fundamental elements for running an operation such as process, KPI, personal performance and continuous improvement; expertise in pipeline management and understanding of closing deals with customers; ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills through managers; exceptional people-management skills; cross group collaboration abilities。
