Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

To involve in Alliance Team overall business planning so as to better support consumer banking strategic focus and be in line with internal stakeholders’ priority

To be responsible for alliance KPI setting, BAU monitoring and productivity evaluation, contact window with SBIM, distribution, product and segment performance team.

To facilitate alliance team governance framework and implementation,. achieve satisfactory audit rating

To understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies, own Alliance related DOI.
Oversee merchant privilege development, measurement and quality control

To comply with all applicable fraud prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to line manager

To lead and motivate direct report(s) to achieve team objectives

Selection Criteria:

• University Degree ( Master preferred)
• 8 years working experience in related function
• Experience with process improvement, data analysis, sales performance management is a preference
• Problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
• Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling task progress, motivating client team, and networking project internal or external relationship
• Effective interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution
