职位描述：
1 To support DGM/Head of Branch Operations to well translate the business development strategy to the branches.
 支持分支机构运营管理分管领导，更好地向分公司传达业务发展战略。
2 To support DGM/Head of Branch Operations to increase the visibility of business opportunities, local strategies and future market development at branches, which involves travelling to different branch offices across the country;
             支持分支机构运营管理分管领导，通过多种方式（包括出差）与所有分公司保持密切联系及沟通，确定各个的分公司商业机会及业务发展策略和未来市场发展；
3 To act as the point of contact at head office from branches, respond to the inquiry/requirements from branches efficiently.
          作为总部与分支机构的联系人，能够对分公司的需求作出快速有效地回应。
4 To support DGM/Head of Branch Operations in managing sales process of branches, with direct responsibility for managing/coordinating RFP execution, Sales & Origination Support, Client Development and follow-up of Opportunities
                  支持分支机构运营管理分管领导，管理所有分公司的销售活动，包括负责招标过程的管理/协调、销售支持、客户开发以及后续机会跟进等。
        5 To facilitate and enhance business collaboration/cross-selling between Specialty and branches.
  促进和加强专业部门和分公司之间的商业合作/交叉销售。
        6 To conduct markets analysis upon which Willis should focus at different branches/regions;
                  针对每个分公司业务发展策略及侧重的市场，提供相关的市场分析。
  7 To manage local Insurance market relationship to facilitate business activities at branch level.
           管理当地保险市场，拓展业务渠道。
8 To support hiring needs for branches when necessary.
              需要时，支持分公司的招聘工作。

Required credentials:

? Bachelor degree or post-graduate educations a must;
必须具有本科或者研究生学历；
? Good analytical skills, sensitive with numbers with proficiency of MS Excel;
具有卓越的分析技能，对数字敏感性强，能熟练的操作MS Excel；
? 5 years+ experience with international insurance brokers or P&C insurance companies;
至少五年以上在知名保险经纪公司或财产险公司的工作经验；
? Experience in managing/involving major accounts with a broker or insurance companies;
在保险或保险经纪公司，具有管理或参与重要客户的工作经验；
? Good communication and problem solving skills;
良好的沟通与解决问题的能力；
? English language skills a must.
