Job Summary / Job Purpose:
Central functions advisor, covering compliance advisory for supporting and control functions, communication with regulators, CTCC etc – pls refer to the main responsibilities below
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks:
? Central functions advisor, covering inquiries from supporting functions and control functions
? Communication with regulators on the central functions’ topics
? Application and regulatory filing coordination corresponding to supporting functions related
? CTCC management from compliance perspective
? Regulatory projects like liquidity management, IT system, outsourcing related and regional initiated project, etc
? Other tasks or projects assigned by Department Head
Candidate Profile:
Academic Background (degree and major):
? Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law.
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how:
? Minimum 7-8 years work experience in foreign bank, incl 2-3 years in compliance or operations area
Skills & Competencies:
? Familiar with local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies;
? Sound knowledge of banking products / services;
? Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused; able to work under pressure
Language Skills:
? Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
Computer Skill:
? Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint, etc.
