General Job Description:
Strategic and operational management responsibility for launch of different divisions (Banking, Retail, Service) as part of the country strategy to diversify and maintain market leadership.
Reporting to the Commercial and Financial General Manager. The ideal individual will have considerable experience in commercial. Able to demonstrate successful management of large-scale and geographically dispersed Network. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation. In addition, both business development and management skills are vital to the commercial management of the works. Beyond managing the tactical execution, Commercial Manager must be proactive in looking for ways to improve current operations and work to increase the business scope as well as thinking strategically, all the while becoming more intimate with the customers business.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of commercial executives in supporting the LoBs on all commercial related matters
2. Assist Lobs in contract reviews and supervised sales administration
3. Review profitability of contracts and ensure margins are within guidelines and standards set
4. Work with HQ for TP discount in association with contracts
5. Regular strategic and tactical sales forecast review with LoBs (all division GM)
6. Regular account update review (AR, customer/business partners debts)
7. Coordinates with factory on timely delivery of goods
8. Close cooperation with logistics on the delivery of machines to customer sites
9. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Related experience and skill required:
1. Leadership and communication skills.
2. Self motivated, able to motivate others effectively.
3. Good experience in Managerial and Commercial strengths.
4. Goal orientated with good prioritization skills.
5. Strong Customer Satisfaction awareness for both internal and external sources.
6. Accept and stimulate change within working environment.
7. Knowledge of logistics operation.
Education / Special Knowledge & Skills:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. SAP knowledge
