Key responsibilities include:

§ Coordinate and lead regional communications, progress, consistencies, and best practices in executing tactical / operational travel management activities

§ Be responsible for actions, targets and goals as outlined in the client / business plan at country (local) level.

§ Ensure customer satisfaction towards client demand side by acting as a focal point for relevant commodities to establish customer requirements and providing regular reports to various levels that bring visibility on commodity level on compliance and savings

§ Day-to-day traveller questions/guidance and day-to-day supplier questions / Point-of-Sale control regarding agreements and program control

§ Provide regular and detailed communication on progress against performance targets including customer service level agreements. Will assume responsibility for service consistency across the region and for continuous improvement driving the change agenda from strategy to actions

§ Coordination and review SLA scorecard results, ensure Agency SoW processes are followed and ensure adherence to all processes as outlined in the Operation Manual

§ Interact with the Outsourced Strategic Travel Managers and American Express GBT Local and Regional Client General Managers on a frequent basis.



The successful candidate will have:

ü Previous experience in business travel, understanding of travel data and overall processes

ü Excellent technical skills on travel related technology such as GDS and online booking tools

ü Strong analytical skills, commitment to quality, adaptability, change management, self-motivation and team work skills required.

ü Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

ü Demonstrates personal excellence by showing personal determination and resilience and is optimistic in changing circumstances.

ü Must be able to demonstrate measurable results.

ü Previous experience working in a global environment is preferred

ü Self starter and able to succeed in a virtual working environment

ü Experience influencing and driving cultural change

ü Demonstrated client / supplier relationship skills

ü Strong Influence skill

ü Able to build relationship with senior leader team.
