职位描述：
1. Work closely with Sales, and CS team for credit control, collection, and customer analysis and also contact with customers, warehouses and other departments to ensure that credit control are substantive performed and that outstanding debts are followed-up according to established collection targets.
2. Conduct credit investigations for potential or new customers
3. Maintain adequate control and credit information on established customers.
4. Evaluate and provide the suggested credit limit and payment terms of customers to minimize the credit risk.
5. Monitor the status of individual credit accounts so that problem debts can be quickly identified and addressed.
6. Establish and periodically review credit lines on new and existing accounts. Analyze trends in Division and Group receivable reports. Review uncollectible accounts receivable claims prior to forwarding to the bankruptcy court, collection agency, or attorney.
7. Review credit terms in sales contracts
8. Perform bad debt analysis to ensure bad debt reserve requirements are within Corporate guidelines.
9. Credit reports and other reports related to Credit control as required by management
10. Other duties as assigned from Credit functions

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economics required
2. Minimum 5years working with multinational corporations with credit control background. Good understanding of IFRS and PRC GAAP
3. Hands-on experience with SAP is must
4. Strong communication skills
5. Good team player
6. Good analytical skills
7. Self motivated
