Position: S/CM Manager
Direct Report: Director of Production

Outline:
To lead and develop the team to be responsible for balancing the demand and supply, aligned with financial business strategies and assuring a desired service level for the customers involved. This role is also responsible for indentifying, developing, and implementing ideas for improvements through Kaizen activity in productivity, safety, quality, cost reduction and delivery improvement. KPI goals linked to QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale) and P&L measures will be used to define direct and monitor progress.

Key Responsibility:
1. Establish and maintain effective SCM system and procedures to develop & optimize supplier channel, Ensure alignment of strategic directions of the company with the planning activities.
2. Ensure all supply related activities are legal and accord with Business Ethics guidelines..
3. Continuously reduce the cost whilst improve the quality of supplying.
4. Manage customer services, material purchase, material handling including logistic, customs, forwarding, packing, WH and so on.
5. Select, coach and train subordinates, allocate jobs within the department, Ensure the development and management plan for training the involved staff on the processes of the supply chain. Full responsibility on Supply Chain expenses budget.
6. Monitor and communicate the results of KPI of the supply chain.
7. Develop integration with customers and suppliers.
