Booking.com (Shanghai) Ltd one of the support companies, is looking for a Producer to support BookingSuite BV with the introduction and expansion in our Beijing or Taibei Office.

BookingSuite BV is based in Amsterdam and is focused on providing world-class software directly to Accommodation Partners in order to improve their brand reach, guest engagement, and ultimately the overall health of their property. With BookingSuite BV’s products, properties are gaining Booking conversion genius delivered through cloud-based “software as a service” (SaaS). BookingSuite BV already serves several existing properties listed on the Booking.com website and is supported by operations in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe.
Job Description
Are you comfortable with speaking to a wide variety of business owners and operators? Does the idea of working in a fast-paced collaborative environment excite you? How about managing a roster of customers and helping them to put their best digital foot forward?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, the BookingSuite production team is looking for passionate, self-motivated individuals with a desire to build their career in Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
Support BookingSuite BV in:
Maintaining customer relationships, and acting as a brand ambassador for BookingSuite with every conversation.
Assessing the needs of a diverse range of customers, and delivering a personalized solution every time.
Managing multiple projects, customers, and deadlines with a smile and without hesitation.
Working with a variety of internal teams to ensure success for our customers and our product.
Learning and advocating best practices in web design, content strategy with an eye for SEO, and digital marketing.
Migrating and transforming, with high attention to detail, the customers’ content and expectations into our software resulting in a better-looking, better-performing, powerful marketing asset.
Keeping up with constant growth and process changes as our product and customer needs evolve.
Serving as a subject matter expert in our CMS software.
Our Ideal Candidate Is:
1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Hospitality field is preferred.
Passionate about customer service: You live and breath to create solutions, and you love the feeling of satisfying difficult customers and building long lasting, impactful relationships.
