Responsibilities:
1.Existing accounts: Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets in On-trade channel while maximizing profitability by managing through the entire sales process (Contracts, Finance, Stock, Logistic, Pricing);
维护现有客户:完成甚至超过酒店餐饮渠道的销售目标,通过管理整个销售程序(包括合同,账务,库存,运输,报价)以达到利益最大化;
2.Prospection / New Accounts: Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts;
开发新客户:通过开发新客户来完成和超过销售目标;
3.Manage payment terms and account receivables;
应收帐款的管理;
4.Organize marketing events: Wine dinner, tastings, Master class, bartender nights, etc… (Coordination with the marketing department);
组织市场活动:配合协调市场部举行酒会,品鉴会,高级讲习班,调酒艺术之夜等市场活动;
5.Provide relevant market and competitor information back to senior management;
向管理层提供相关市场动态和竞争者信息;
6.Organize trainings (Wine, Water, Spirits) for On-Trade customers in order to develop the confidence and expertise of the channel (Coordination with the trainer);
为了提高餐饮渠道客户的信心及专业度,配合协调专职培训师为客户组织开展相关的葡萄酒,水和烈酒的培训;
7.Other tasks assigned by the management.
上级安排的其它任务。
Job Requirements:
1.College graduated or above;
大专以上学历;
2.Sales Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG or related Industry is preferred;
有食品饮料,快速消费品或相关产业的销售经验优先;
3.Fluent in English & Chinese (Spoken and written);
中英文读写流利;
4.Wine Knowledge and experience is preferred, or have interest and passion about wine and spirits;
对红酒有一定认识以及有相关经验者优先,或对于红酒有着极大的热情者亦可;
5.Able to work autonomously and efficiently;
能独立自主、高效地工作;
6.Good Time-Management, interpersonal communication & Team-work skills;
良好的时间管理、人际沟通技巧,重视团队合作;
7.High organization skills and good command of MS Office;
有优秀的组织能力和熟悉掌握办公室软件;
8.Open-minded, aggressive, and able to handle pressure;
思维活跃开豁,有进取心,抗压能力强。
