职位描述：
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
? Work for Indigo GM to contribute to and develop long-term media strategies, PR campaigns, government liaison and CSR initiatives to enhance Indigo brand image and leading position within the market;
? Keep effective communication with PAD of shareholders to deliver consistent corporate message to the market;
? Develop and execute media communication strategies to reinforce the premium image and increase public awareness of Indigo in the society/community;
? Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with mainstream print and online media to generate regular media exposure;
? Responsible for preparing press release, arranging media interviews with GM and media gathering;
? Provide support to marketing team for tactic marketing-driven events on media plan, all aspects and onsite support in media handling;
? Work closely with Indigo GM for crisis and issue management, including gathering facts, drafting holding statement and formulating media strategies, handling messages in company level and sensitive issues;
? Responsible for media handling in campaigns in collaboration with a third party when it is a government body or NGO with a need to media exposure;
? Direct and implement PR part of campaign/events relating to Indigo, including press kit preparation, media invitation, media arrangement onsite and media coverage follow-up;
? Handling all media enquiries;
? Coordinate with marketing team to deal with consumer-oriented media as well as social media when corporate messages need to be delivered or sensitive issues to be handled;
? Responsible for press monitoring and daily clipping for the project;
? Work with PAD of shareholders to plan and execute CSR programs or initiate individual CSR programs for Indigo;
? Assist with Indigo trademark-related issue;
? Provide timely updates on PR-related arrangement and programs with Indigo GM;
? Liaise with clipping house & PR agencies, contractors and strategic business partners to achieve set objectives and ensure high quality executions at all time.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
? A degree in Public Relations or business related discipline;
? Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role, preferably in, retail or property related;
? Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
? Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
? Ability to cope with pressure;
? Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative;
? Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
? Business awareness and a good knowledge of public relations.

? 负责颐堤港危机问题管理，包括收集证据，撰写声明，制定媒体策略，处理公司层面的相关新闻及敏感事宜；
? 处理各个层面的媒体询问；
? 负责由政府或非政府机构参与的媒体活动的相关事宜；
? 指导及制定颐堤港活动的媒体相关部分，包括新闻组的准备，媒体邀请，媒体现场安排以及报道跟进；
? 负责颐堤港的新闻监控及日常剪报；
? 与双方股东的公共事务部门协同制定及执行企业社会责任活动，组织颐堤港项目的企业社会责任活动；
? 协助颐堤港标识的相关事宜；
? 向颐堤港总经理定期汇报公关相关的安排及活动情况；
? 与剪报公司，公关公司，供应商及业务伙伴保持日常联络，保时保质的执行任务；
? 支持市场部传宣活动的媒体策划和媒体相关的现场支持。

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求：
? 拥有公关或业务相关的专业本科及以上学位；
? 至少3-5年同类型岗位工作经验，零售或地产行业经验优先；
? 优秀的沟通及人际关系能力；
? 优秀的组织及时间管理技能以处理不同的项目；
? 应对压力的能力；
? 富有创意、具备想象力，做事积极主动；
? 优秀的领导，分析及处理问题的能力；
