工作职责：

1、与需求及开发人员沟通，负责网络游戏运营系统的功能和数据测试；

2、参与多种系统测试，编写和分析测试方案，撰写测试用例，提交测试报告；

3、负责缺陷的管理和跟踪；

4、分析系统结构，进行灰盒测试；

5、参与和执行自动化及性能测试；

6、负责测试环境和服务器的管理。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上测试相关工作经验，有软件开发经验者优先；

2、有学习热情，接受新知识能力较强，希望在软件测试方向发展；

3、对软件测试和软件工程有较好的理解，能承担一定压力，多任务并行能力强；

4、熟练使用sql进行数据库多表查询，熟悉linux的基本使用，熟悉oracle优先；

5、有一定代码基础，了解junit，能够编写部分自动化及压力测试代码者优先。
