职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new store development, prepare layout design, working drawings and quotations.
- Work with brand team on the store project planning and monitoring, conduct regular site visit and prepare defect reports
- Perform site supervision during construction period to ensure projects are in good progress and on schedule and in accordance to the company guidelines
- Prepare store planning budget and monitor project cost
- Manage the renovation vendors and ensure they follow company standard
- Liaise and follow up with various departments to ensure all in store needs are met

Requirements:
- At least 8 years' of relevant experience, preferably from Watch Industry
- Ability to meet deadlines/project schedule milestone dates and effectively manage contractors
- Working knowledge of construction documents, commercial leases, and construction exhibits
Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple simultaneous retail store construction projects on time and within budget, and adhering to the highest quality and standards
- Ability to function autonomously, working independently, in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with changing priorities
- Excellent command of speaking and writing skills in English and Putonghua
- Willing to travel to various cities in China
