Responsibility:
Sales Target
? Meet customer needs in corporate and law firm market by selling global and local products To Meet sales target per year.
? Set up annual sales plan and achieve sales target assigned by company
? Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop potential customers
? Aggressively closing new business
? Representing a dynamic and completed product lines to enhance research initiatives and increasing productivities
? Well address customers' needs by various professional sales initiatives
Maintain sales Relationship skills
? Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Creates and conducts proposal presentations. Drives preparation of proposals and presentations. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Sales Visit Activity
? Meet sales activity per week with growth of Pipeline for daily work, Average 8 client visiting per week.
Sales Skill
? Solid understanding of consultative and solution selling Functional knowledge of negotiation process Sound exposure to BC and direct sales Demonstrated ability to work in sales team environments Technical aptitude
Education: BS/BA preferred
Experience?Above five years sales experience
?B2BSales experience Background of working with similar subscription or technology solutions.
Competencies
?Strong organizational and time management skills Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint , CRM applications.
?Good Communication skills Time management Ability to multi-task Account Management / Good in Interpersonal relationships Analytical and Process orientated. Strong execution abilities and enthusiastic. Excellent people interface and matrix team management skills.
