MANAGEMENT-/ FUNCTION LEVEL
Site Manager
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
? Profit & Loss owner, running the warehouse and make sure it is continuously profitable
? Material planning and production line management
? Maintain the service standard to keep customers‘ satisfaction on a high level
? Develop new accounts in Changzhou site
LEADERSHIP
? Warehouse white collar staffs (8 FTE)
? Warehouse blue collar staffs (8 FTE)
? Out sourcing blue collar staffs (approx 50 FTE)
MAIN DUTIES
? Lead the planning, organizing and controlling of all the warehouse activities
? Organize and follow up purchasing plan, manufacturing plan and delivery plan together with the customer
? Manage the daily work of warehouse. Ensure the team can accomplish the KPI requirement of the department, and keep customers satisfaction.
? Select and manage the warehousing and transportation vendors and make sure they can match Fiege KPI requirements
? Management of 5S, lean management, CIP, zero failure & other methodologies.
? Ensure the timely and accurate data entry in WMS system or other related operation systems.
? Lead cycle-count and annual stock-taking process in order to ensure stock accuracy.
? Keep close contact with customers and maintain good relationship. Get to know new requirements or business opportunities from customers and take proper actions for the compliance.
? Leading the business development to hit the annual development target of the site.
? Responsibility for profit & loss, reporting and financial development of the site. Do cost control from all aspects.
? Confirm billing report and monitor the outstanding situation. Review the service performance with customer on monthly basis. Handle customer complaint.
? Duly prepare the annual budget of the site as well as the annual operational and financial targets
? Monitor the progress of budget achievement by analyzing the financial report, feedback the same to the management at head office.
? Be responsible for the local recruiting, team building, coaching and training. Define the job responsibilities of the positions as well as the KPI evaluation. Arrange the annual appraisal in compliance with the group policy. Ensure a low fluctuation rate.
? Regular report to management. Spread and execute the company development strategy, policies and rules within the site.
? Other jobs assigned by superior manager.
SPECIAL DUTIES / SPECIAL PROJECTS
? Husqvarna in plant logistics project
REQUIREMENT PROFILE
EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING
? University graduated or above.
? At least 10 years working experience in logistics industries and 8 years experience on management level.
? 5-8 years proficiency experience in manufactory company, experience in inventory planning, purchasing, forecasting or general supply chain expertise
? Training on Project Management and lean management is preferred.
TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES
? Comprehensive understanding of ERP system or WMS system or other key system related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management
? Familiar with the warehouse operation procedure and domestic transportation market
? Analytical and good finance knowledge as non-finance manager
? Excellent knowledge of warehouse management and supplier management
? Good communication skills and negotiation skill
? Familiar with the local labor market
? Have basic knowledge of the China labor law and the local regulations
? Very good level of English required
? Excellent PC skill
