Operational Performance - 40% of time
· Responsible for providing and managing the distribution of tools involved with the marketing activities.
· Responsible for providing and managing the distribution of gift involved with the marketing activities
· Providing relative feedback of sales figures in the marketing activities
· Responsible for reviewing the process of account written-off of the store, to prevent the risk of the bad debt

Retail Sales Support - 40% of time
· Responsible for planning, designing and following up with monthly marketing activities
· Responsible for following the EMD distribution result of each store and providing relative feedback.
· Responsible for making monthly P&L of each store
· Responsible for handling the slow-movers
· Responsible for providing sku lists and presentation solutions that would most drive sales and fit the local market in the store
· Responsible for establishing POG for each store, consistently planning and adjusting the merchandise presentation
· Responsible for managing the promotional price
· Responsible for standardizing the presentation and monitoring the stock to ensure that the most profitable SKUS in the assortment are on line at each store.

Communication - 20% of time
· Communicate clearly with associates on policies and procedures in a timely manner
· Responsible for the coordination and communication with the market dept.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

· Collage or above
· More than 1 year's work experience of relevant field
· Microsoft Office experience: primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Fluent in Chinese, written and spoken
· Handle emergencies correctly and efficiently
· Reliable, responsible, honest, and ethical
· Have good communication skills and patience
