职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
? Provide EHS Support to the following operations;
? Shanghai Service Center (35 employees)
? China Field Service Operations (20 Employees)
? Rayong Service Center (7 Employees)
? SEA Field Service Operations (25 Employees)
? A technical advisor regarding environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues.
? Lead the development and implementation of EHS principles, rules, procedures and standards in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
? Implementation of key actions in support of DRESSER-RAND and SIEMENS EHS objectives that helps the organization meets its EHS KPIs and goals.
? Responsible for building commitment, understanding and ownership of operational EHS actions and through effective and professional functional support, enable the site to successfully implement these actions to a clear and constructive conclusion.
? Ensure the organizations comply with all applicable government regulations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Technical advisor on HSE issues.
? Provide guidance to managers and supervisors so they can maintain a healthy, safe and environmentally sound workplace.
? Maintain metrics on leading and lagging indicators for safety.
? Analyze injury data to determine needed courses of action to improve safety and environmental systems.
? Train managers, supervisors and employees on EHS management systems, procedure and best practices.
? Manage all environmental compliance issues including hazardous waste management, wastewater and air issues.
? Maintain liaison with legal and government agencies regarding environmental, health and safety issues.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all environmental, health and safety regulations.
? Maintain effective 2-way communication with site employees regarding environmental, health and safety issues.
? Maintain safety manual and HSE web site.
? Assure that proper reporting is made to all Federal, State and Local authorities. Maintain needed environmental, health and safety records for site operations.
? Assure necessary environmental, health and safety training is conducted to maintain compliance with all regulatory authorities.
? Work with safety committees and sub-committees to ensure proper safety programs are implemented and address EHS related issues.
? Assist line managers in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) and update regularly to reflects changes as needed.
? Work towards attaining ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18000 Certifications.
? Lead teams of employees to determine existing or potential safety hazards and needed corrective or preventative measures. Ensure measures have been implemented and are effective.
? Plan and conduct EHS related audits and inspections

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
? Bachelor’s Degree (Science / Health, Safety & Environment / Engineering)
? 3 - 5 years experience in EHS or operations with responsibility for EHS. 举报 分享
