Main responsibilities:
? Communicated with cross function and inside service
? Analyse and push service AR collection
? Support FSE to prepare service document
? Coordinate with service AM customer support team
? Service dispatch and service order management
? Refine and distribut service performance report
? Others service relevant job
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
? Over 3 years service medical products assistant experience.
? Able to manage relationships and team working
? Knowledge of operations management
? Be good at communication
? Good analytical and planning skills
