Job Title: Area Sales Manager – North China
Location: Beijing
A). Responsibilities:
1). Responsible for Sales targets achievement and other business objectives. Execute annual sales budget and fulfill other assignments.
2). Build up and enhance relations with channel partners and end customers, conduct regular market visit and provide sales reports for daily input & update in sales force system.
3) Support marketing promotion for product lines and enhance the brand awareness and company image. Support to all kinds of marketing activities (Trade show / Seminars etc); submit regular market visit report based on company request.
4) Responsible for the AR/ payment collection, assure the payments and credit term under controlling
5) Associated with technical department to assist customers or SI partners working on design solution for bidding program, offer product selection, design proposal and follow up activities.
6) Coordinate with technical QC and logistics departments for enhance customer satisfaction

B). Requirements

1) Minimum 5 years of sales working experience in Audio/Video or TV & Broadcasting product manufacturing/design/system integration or intelligent building solution.
2) Familiar with AV system integration, boardroom/conference room/surveillance system and IT network etc.
3) Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing / Business Administration / Electronics/ Engineering, age over 26 and willing to travel within the responsive region frequently.
4) Open mindset and out-going personality, mature and good communication /presentation skills. Self-motivated and high enthusiastic on working.
5) Strong business acumen and broad product knowledge in Electronics, Audio / Video or PC
Integration / Application, (CTS) certification preferred
5) Good command in English and PC operation skills
6) Skills on Customer management, commercial negotiating and logical thinking
