This C&B manager position is for one of our leading MNCs in automotive industry .
Responsibility
* This position will work in close partnership with our Global Benefits Leaders, Compensation Leaders and HR Business Partners to implement the Compensation and Benefits Programs ;
* Plans, designs, develops, analyses, communicates, administers and implements C&B strategies and programs;
* Salary structure design as well as the implementation of short-term incentives, long-term incentives and benefit programs
Qualification
* The job holder should be the high performance of a individual contributor
* Bachelor degree or above, with at least 10 + years related experience in human resources with a minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in compensation and benefits
* High degree of English Language fluency
