职位描述：
SAP Manager-Production, Sales & Supply Chain
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Track project progress closely to ensure on-time delivery, formal regular quality review for the project deliverables takes place with records such as quality review report or meeting minutes:
2. Coordinate cross-function teams to establish and/or optimize Production/Sales processes/Supply Chain and Quality Assurance process to support various business scenarios, work with relevant external consultants to produce workable solution proposals;
3. Join in the solution design at beginning, and accumulate all technique and business ability AND, Support for system configuration, testing, data conversion;
4. Provide second level support for sites and realize the new business requirement after ERP going live;
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
 
Requirements / Qualifications
Involved in enterprise information projects in large SAP application enterprises, familiar with SAP PP/MM/SD/QM practices in manufacturing enterprises/global Corporation and R&D department, The following skills are expected:
1. Experience in Manufacture Production planning;
2. Experience in Process and Discrete manufacturing;
3. Experience in the integration of ERP and MES/PLM/SPC;
4. Experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis and features;
5. Good at SAP operation support for Production/Sales/Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, in terms of system change request, issue handling of daily operation, month-end closing;
6. Able to work with team members who have different background, language, culture and experience;
7. Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
8. Willing to travel frequently to sites;
9. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Key Competencies:
1. 4+years SAP Logistic experience as internal or external function consultant, at least 3 fully cycle implementation project experience as function consultant role, at least 4 Logistic support project experiences as function consultant role;
2. Good functional and business process knowledge, full SAP Logistic knowledge in term of PP, SD, MM, QM, PM and cross functions with MES/PLM/SPC 举报 分享
