The IT Infrastructure Analyst reports to the Greater China IS Infrastructure Manager. The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining client computer hardware,
software and networks. Proving core client infrastructure technology services and resources.
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
Monitor and maintain PC client technology
- Manage PC computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, fix hardware or software faults
- Tier II daily support for Greater China region infrastructure team
- Assist Global team members in providing production application support
- Establish a good working relationship with staff and external IT vendors
Manage infrastructure performance and accessibility
- Manage and track Remedy Ticket system in Tier II Level
- To work closely with the GBS team to deliver client applications and projects in GC region
- Ensures system and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Provide orientation to users and IS team of existing IT technology
- Function backup with other local IS team members
- Provide on-call support during nonworking hours
Information Technology Innovation
- Deploy user experience enhancement and client collaboration
- Provide process improvement ideas as part of overall China IS CI efforts

Must Have:
- Good sense of organization, communication, task priority and interpersonal skills
- Good English spoken and written skills
- Must be customer support oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of Windows 7/10, Microsoft AD technology, DNS, DHCP, GPO, TCP/IP
- Familiarity with Powershell, VBScript/Jscript.
- Familiarity with BMC Remedy System
- Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering
- 5+ years work experience in PC and Network support
Prefer to Have:
