职位描述
Purpose of the Job:
Disciplinary guidance of all Improvement Engineers
Co-ordination of the equipment improvement process
Co-ordination of fit for use on production material
Training coordination of all engineers to run maintain and improve the production line
Main duties:
1. Personnel Leadership:
Disciplinary leading of improvement supervisors: motivation/information/support/culture
Periodical assessment of employees and make feedback-conversations
Staff-development / raising of the employee-qualifications
Establish training-requirements and organize training
Participation in LS-conferences
Active participation in CIP-rounds for continuous improvement of the quality and machines, as well as organizational expirations in the production
Show training- respectively knowledge-flaws of the employees and remove them
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in the meaning of the 3i Processes
Long term development of technical capabilities of all engineers
Training of the employees on machinery and production process
Responsible for the information / co-ordination of the employees on the improvement activities
Hold performance appraisal with improvement supervisors
2. CIP / Improvement
Participation in improvement sessions
Moderation/Presentation of CIP-sessions to improve continuously both quality and output of the machines (OEE) as well as the organisation procedures of the production
Demonstrating cleanliness, safety and readiness to work
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in the sense of the 3i process
Responsible for improvement activities regarding the organisation (co-ordination, duplications, standardisation, )
Responsible for maintaining and developing the same standards as the mother factory in Vienna
3. Maintenance
Elaboration of inspection and maintenance plans as well as of adjusting documentation in the sense of TPM
Active co-operation in TPM activities
Personal quality clearance of the machines after construction of the lines and improvement activities
Responsible for the elaboration of guidelines for the professional reparation of replacement parts
Purchase in time of the required replacement parts for the improvement activities
Pointing out weaknesses of the machines (analysis of attrition, breakage, ...)
Discussion of differences in terms of quality and quantity in case of machine breakage
Responsible for the clearance of materials regarding their suitability for the machines
Responsible for the spare parts budget
Clear deployment of all improvement activities and goals
Responsible for the maintenance costs
4. Customer relation
Knows the technical requirements of the customer
Is responsible for technical customer complaints
5. Supplier relation
Involves the supplier into the solution "fit for use" of production material
Supplier selection of new spare parts and quality control of these
6. Start up of new lines
Start up of new known lines
Start up of not known lines (in cooperation with Vienna)
Education:
University degree in: electrical or mechanical engineering
Quality tools like "The 7 Tools"
Minimum job experience:
Min. 5 years as engineer in technical fields
Min. 5 years as supervisor preferred
Special knowledge and character:
Excellent English
Powerful communication with different cultural backgrounds (Chinese, European)
"Power user" of IT tools: MS-Office, e-mail, ...
Mandarin as mother tongue preferred

Main duties:
