Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:

· Support Project Director and Client to manage tenants of the shopping mall and make sure the mall open as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

· Leasing Team: to understand who the tenants are and what they require. Tenants are used to put way high requirements through leasing team and TC should consult ECH project management team and design management team to clarify whether these requirements could be met and has to push back unreasonable requirements.

· Shopping Mall Management Team: follow client policy in communicating costs or fees and other items between tenants and mall management.

· Design Review Team: collect and release to tenants Design Guideline and Fit-out Guideline and manage tenants design reviewed and approved by design review team.

· GC: manage the interface between tenants and GC during their fit-out period

· Fire Contractor: coordinate the tenant fire design and installation works with the designated fire contractor

· QS: in case that client agrees to change request from tenants to the base building, coordinate with QS to reach a cost agreed by Tesco, tenants, GC, Fire Contractor, Mall Management and any other related parties

· ECH Project/Design Management: coordinate with ECH P/D team and manage the tenants' fit-out design and construction works.

· Approval/Permit: manage the tenants obtain all necessary approvals/permits from authority before its open date.

· Complete other tasks assigned by management

Skills / Requirement:

· Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Project Engineering or equivalent.

· Good command of English, both oral and written.

· 6+ years' experience in management of construction or fit-out projects, experience of dealing with leasing team and tenants of a shopping mall is highly preferred

· Understand the handover condition for retail

· Excellent communication skill-he/she may deal with leasing team, designer and contractor throughout the project life

· Understand the approval gateway of tenancy fit-out works

· Know the local fire submission process

· Be able to review and approve tenancy design submission

· Be able to travel as required
