职位描述：
Job Description:
Develop retail leasing plans & strategies, budget planning, rental forecast to achieve the optimal distribution network
Search, identify and recommend potential shop location according to the requirements of strategic plan
Prepare P&L analysis and feasibility study for comprehensive review of new site, renewal and relocation
Maintain network with major landlords, developers, estate management group and relevant authorities
Keep abreast of new trends of shopping mall and market leasing information
Handle all leasing administration, including tenancy agreement renewal, documentation etc.

Requirements:
At least 8 years' working experience in retail leasing on tenant side
Knowledge in tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
Experience in managing sizable property portfolio of retail chain stores
Strong market sense and good numerical sense
Familiar with current market conditions as well as having good and extensive business network with landlords and developers
Fluent English and Chinese with strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentation, self-motivated, detail minded and able to cope with dynamic market situation 举报 分享
