• To conduct subjective and objective NVH rating, tests and evaluation on braking, steering and suspension products with NVH equipment.
  进行主观和客观的噪声振动评价，利用设备进行汽车制动、转向、悬挂等的测试.
• To develop NVH test procedures to meet customers’requirements.
  制定噪声振动测试的方案，进行新车型的台架试验和路试 .
• To work with the FEA engineer and product engineer to work out NVH optimization solutions.
  与FEA工程师和研发工程师提出噪声振动的优化解决方案.
• Perform noise vibration NVH analysis as well as product improvement.
  执行噪音振动分析以及产品的改进.
• Coordination and communication with R&D， design, quality departments.
  和研发，设计，质量部门的协调和沟通

Requirement:
任职要求:

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering ， vibration and acoustics or
  any other comparable final degree.
  机械工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
• Minimum of 3 years working experience of NVH testing and problem solving in automotive or related industry. 在汽车噪声振动的测试及汽车行业问题解决或其他相关行业有3年以上工作经验
• Familiarity with at least one of the NVH equipment e.g. Dyno., LMS, Head Acoustics, B&K, Agilent and corresponding analysis software is necessary.
  熟悉噪声测试设备
• Creativity for technical solutions.
  有创造性的技术解决方案
• Have driver's license, and years of driving experience.
  有驾照，驾驶技术比较熟练
• Good English written and spoken.
  能讲流利的英文
