Cashier

Job Description

1. Responsible for bank payment transaction, both in foreign and local RMB currency timely and accurately;
2. Experienced with foreign currency declaration process;
3. Responsible for bank accounts management, include account set up, closing and changing and annual review;
4. Daily CR report and weekly cash report prepare
5. Reconciliation bank accounts balance
6. Collect the bank receipts, keep vouchers, filing all of finance documents
7. Coordinate and reconciliation of monthly general office suppliers
8. Responsible for office petty cash and reconciliation
9. Vision and Kingdee CR and payment processing book-keeping
10. Other duties assigned by finance manager

Education & Working experience
1. Bachelor above with major in accounting, finance
2. 2-3 years relevant working experience
3. Have a good professional background and master financial literacy
4. Have an accountant license
5. Understand the basic of accounting and treatment
6. Familiar with accounting software (ie. Kingdee/vision) and office software
7. Good at handing process affairs, good learning, ability, work independently and responsibility
