Job Purpose:

Select customers based on campaign goals so that sales and return on marketing investment goals are met. Create tests and analyze results in order to improve our customer selection criteria with every campaign.



Critical results:

Recommend customer segments, selected using direct marketing analytical techniques, for each campaign; track mailing and calling results. Ensure we test at least 1 new thing every campaign to improve results.



Responsibilities:

45% Recommend customer segments for each campaign, including segments to test, by using past results to estimate sales and margin impact. Monitor results for each campaign.



30% Analyze customers' purchase behavior to identify additional sales opportunities: Lifetime Value analysis, category penetration, market basket analysis, etc.



15% Maintain national Campaign Database, tracking customer contacts for each campaign



10% Coordinate campaigns based on BU needs



Education and Experience:

Univeristy degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing

Previous direct marketing or analytical experience is a plus



Skills:

Must be analytical; very comfortable using Excel, Access or SPSS is a plus

Must be comfortable making recommendations based on data

Must be able to speak Mandarin Chinese & English
