Responsibilities
1. Work with internal operations team for PMO activities like Revenue forecasting, project setup, resource allocation, team’s timesheet, Invoicing, collection
2. Follow up with team for missing time, compliance trainings, machine/laptop inventory and allocation.
3. Coordinate with HR/Training team for trainings/team events
4. Work with customer to understand new requirements, Timesheet approval, invoicing/AR issues
5. Work with recruitment team to screen resumes and conduct first round interviews
6. Work with customer for scheduling second round of interviews, interview feedback
Job description
1. Proficient in speaking in English and Chinese. Also should be able to translate with ease.
2. 5+ years of IT experience.
3. Experience in working to customer and translate technical requirement in resource requirement (3+ years)
4. Experience in SDLC processes/project management
5. Experience in PMO activities like Revenue forecasting, project setup, resource allocation, monitoring team’s timesheet , coordinating with customer for timesheet approval, Invoice generation, coordination with collection team.
6. Experience in customer management, should be able to coordinate with customer for interview arrangements, resource feedback, new requirements, timesheet synchronization, invoice issues
7. Experience in people management
8. Experience working in a large corporate enterprise
9. Experience conducting interviews for recruitment
10. Translation for contract requirements from client
11. Translation for bidding requirements from client and nodding response from HQ
12. Translation for presales document from HQ
