Requirements:
- Deep understanding of service business, processes and customer satisfaction.
- College and higher education, management experience in the call center before, a large call center experience is preferred
- Strong data analytical skills and good customer awareness;
- Strong sense of responsibility, can withstand the intense work pressure, have team spirit;
- Good command of both written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operation in Call Center, maintain in compliance with the service objectives
- Responsible for KPIs and use it as a base for steering the operation towards the agreed targets in the annual business plan
- To be accountable for the timely and efficient response to and resolution of customer issues to secure a positive customer experience via phone call, fax, e-mail, internet, etc.
- Secure standard solution as contribution to a good after-sales service in align with China overall service strategy
- Responsible for develop people and secure a high level performance and succession in Call Center in terms of satisfying team own needs, contributing to team, contributing to a climate of trust in the team
- To assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
- Will be involved in total service quality management and customer satisfaction improvement projects, with the goal to keep excellent satisfaction level and service revenue, based on company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Will work closely with Service Managers, Instrument Sales, Logistic Department and so on, in order to provide high quality services to customers.
