职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Administrate MS SQL Server and DBs
2. Administrate installation, access and change operations on SQL Server.
3. Monitoring DB availability, respond and follow up the alerts.
4. Regular health check to Databases.
5. Handle service request and incident, and consult with 3rd party service provider about case escalation.
6. Apply Windows server /SQL patches
7. Troubleshooting Databases related problem and maintain RCA report.
8. Provide timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the client.
9. Follow defined change management and emergency escalation processes for SQL Databases services.
10. Produce regular service reports.
11. Maintain SQL Databases operations manuals and documents.

Job Requirement:
1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of advanced technology experience with focus on SQL administrations.
2. Deep understanding of MS SQL and conceptual and hands-on experience with SQL technologies
3. Experience with windows server administration, windows cluster
4. Experience and proven track record of deploying SQL server.
5. Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
6. Experience creating multi-site, Highly Available, redundant solutions
7. Knowledge of project methodologies and structured approach to project management a plus.
