职位描述：
Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Facility Management Manager for a famous German Multinational company.

Work Location: Shanghai/Beijing

Responsibilities:

? Analysis, takeover, structuring and auditing of tasks in terms of facility management at different properties and locations
? Project Management of the Transition RE project
? At working level interact closely with 3rd party vendors engaged to the transition project
? Coordination and Controlling of technical due diligence
? Bundling and clustering of Facility Services
? Pointing out improvements and savings in FM services
? Contracting of new service agreements
? Controlling grid sheets and real estate CAD-constructions
? Drafting of consistent reports, evaluations of costs, risks, measures and forecasts
? Preparation of decision memos, location studies and profitability analysis
? Quality assurance and quality control
? Process optimization

Requirements:

? University degree in Facilities Management (Construction Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering) or equivalent qualification
? Several years of experience in facilities management and services management
? In-depth knowledge of contract management
? Experience in project management
? Excellent knowledge of modern IT-solutions (MSOffice as well as MS Project, CAD and SAP-System)
? Very good communicative competence as well as a customer- and service orientation
? Reliable negotiation skills
? Analytic, structured and goal-oriented functioning
? Strong ability and interdisciplinary thinking
? Team minded
? High willingness to international travel
