Responsibilities:

Utilize PR as a strategic communications tool in marketing / communications mix
Pro-actively develop and recommend PR plan & strategies and its derived programs
Co-plan and oversee the development, preparation and implementation of a variety of public relations campaigns / events
Maximize brand and new product exposure and opportunities for positive free publicity for PUMA while maximizing integration with other elements of the marketing mix
Maximize brand exposure through the seeding of new branded products to key influencers / opinion leaders / media / celebrities
Build, develop & maintain strong media relations & entertainment network


Requirements:

Minimum 7-year experience in PR department of a multi-national, or in a 4A's PR agency that has a strong presence in China
Previous experience with media in China-in-depth understanding of lifestyle / sports inspired media in China is preferred
University degree, preferably in a Communications or Journalism related field
Knowledgeable about China and international sports field / brands & lifestyle sector
Strong media network & relationships
Critical, Strategic, Detailed-oriented, creative thinker with a "Think of the Box" mentality
Strong conceptual understanding of brand building & usage of PR as a communications tool
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a team player
Ability to multi-task and take calculated risks
Effective time management and plan execution
High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English, especially show capability of writing and reviewing PR releases in Chinese


Less experience will be considered as Assistant PR Manager
