职位描述：
Job Description

- Be fully responsible for payroll services within DongGuan on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, 13th monthly salary, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.
- Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll independently (simulation, running, checking, posting, approving and e-banking).
- Maintain and verify payroll data maintenance in systems against valid supporting documents.
- Prepare, print and fold salary slips, make handover name list, get employees’ signature.
- Go to Social Insurance Bureau, Housing Fund Center and District Talent Center, handle related affairs.
- Prepare and support individual income tax deduction, reporting and claims.
- Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates.
- Work together with leader to establish and manage the overall payroll process and system by ensuring that the team is following company procedures (payroll run, check, e-banking, etc.), ensure payroll calendars and relevant information are developed and communicated to impacted parties; Utilize methods of continuous improvement and implements improved methods for processing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned





Qualifications

Bachelor degree and above
2+ years of professional experience working with payrolls.
Hands-on experience with multi-company payroll processing.
Thorough knowledge of multi-state payroll and payroll taxation.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong understanding of HR data elements and dependencies.
Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;
