职位描述
Providing dynamic human resource support to local business units. The responsibility covers the full spectrum of human resources functions for Operation & System Engineering function in manufacturing campus in xidu,Shanghai,China.
? Talent Acquisition - recruit, select, and hire high caliber new employees for the assigned business functions.
? Process Optimization - Take the lead on organization and development of technology and management skill trainings in local site, such as Technical skills training, essential management skills training, on-job trainings, new hire induction etc.
? Performance Management system- achieve productivity gains through ongoing performance management, including coaching, counseling, tracking, training, and, where appropriate, disciplinary actions; ensure the timely and effective establishment and evaluation of individual performance objectives.
? Reward & Recognition Systems-work closely with the assigned client groups to review, coordinate, and submit timely and effective salary increase recommendations, management bonus plan participation and awards, etc.
? Employee Retention & development- work closely with HR manager and heads of local business units to maximize employee engagement and retention
? Perfect communication skills.
? Good knowledge of professional human resource management and local employment law.
? Be sensitive to business environment and market.
