职位描述：

Location： Nanjing/Shanghai
 
Responsibilities：
IT Infrastructure and Service:
 - Set up/maintain/improve IT infrastructure platform like telephone system, network system, data warehouse (both software and hard wares);
 - Manage and safeguard IT assets; ensure company’s data and information security.
SAP：
 - Maintain SAP security and efficiency; train SAP users; improve SAP processes;
 - Integrate management and internal control to SAP daily processes;
 - Train and develop SAP experts among all functions.
Business partnership：
 - Provide IT solution to help operation challenges and business challenges;
 - Use IT application to ensure and to pull best practices and efficiency/service;
 - Develop IT application/strategy as core competence of Asia BU.
People development：
 - Assume leader’s responsibility on setting goals, assessing and developing the plant finance team;
 - Set career plan for talents and develop them for future and for business growth;
 - Promote and role-playing effective communication, sharing, motivation and recognition.
 
Requirements
  - Education:Undergraduate（Computer Science, Engineering）
 - Languages:Fluent English
 - Total IT career（12 years+），IT management （5 years），IT Infrastructure（3~5 years），SAP or equivalent （3~5 years）
 - Relationship Building，Strategic planning，Political Savvy，Business Performance
