Responsibility 岗位职责

1. Build and maintain the ERP hardware environment

搭建和维护ERP硬件环境;

2. Regularly monitor the operation state of ERP, make running monitoring report. Discover, analyze and solve problems timely

监控ERP运行状态，完成监控报告，及时发现，分析，解决日常运行中的问题;

3. Make data backup and recovery plan

做好数据备份和恢复计划;

4. Upgrade the ERP system, see to the performance tests, and make reliable test report

更新ERP系统，负责完成ERP运行测试和可靠性测试报告；

5. Develop forms according to department’s needs correctly

根据部门的需求正确的开发报表;

6. ERP permission management, test management, ERP process controlling

ERP权限设置，测验和ERP过程控制;

7. Provide training for new users

为用户提供培训.

8.Be process user, coordinate with key users (team leader)

和关键用户进行沟通协调

Requirement岗位要求

1. 1-2 years ERP project management experience in ERP software. Good understanding of standard production planning procedures, purchasing procedures, customer service as well as basic understanding in accounting.

Be familiar with standard modules in ERP system.

1-2年ERP工作经验，对标准生产计划流程，采购流程，客户服务和会计流程有良好的理解，熟悉ERP中这些模块的操作。

2. Possess good knowledge of database (especially in SQL)

对数据库（尤其是SQL）知识有良好的掌握;

3. Bachelor degree, major in Industrial, Business Management or IT

本科学历，工业工程，商业管理或者IT专业;

4. Proficient in English and German; Spoken German is advantage, English is a Must

英语流利，会德语者优先;

5. Experience in an ERP software and SAP is preferred

有ERP经验或SAP经验者优先;

6. Willing to travel to Germany 1-2 times per year

愿意出差到德国（每年1-2次）.

7. Experience in production planning is preferred

有生产计划经验者优先;
