职位描述
岗位职责
1、 受理客户咨询、订单、发货等流程，并做好相关记录。
2、 收集客户及相关市场资料，建立管理客户档案及数据库。
3、 维护良好的客户关系，发展和促进与潜在客户及现有客户的商业合作。
4、 监控客户满意度及忠诚度，并提出调整方案。
5、 负责与相关部门的业务协调，及时解决客户提出的问题。
岗位要求：
1、 专科及以上学历，五官端庄。
2、 年龄在25岁以下，具亲和力， 普通话标准，英语熟练,具备优秀的语言表达和沟通能力。
3、 善良正直，高度的工作责任心。
4、 具备应变能力、协调能力及团队协作能力，能独立处理紧急问题。
5、 有相关行业工作经验优先考虑。
