职位描述
Major Responsibilities
-Resource management:
? Monitor and report the resource status in regard to approved sizing.
? Analyze volume and take measures to the resource adjustment with respective team leaders.
? Develop resource plan (Sizing analyze) in alignment with global standards and directives.
-Cost management:
? Develop budget plan and resource plan for pricing proposal with the cooperation of controlling from SLA.
? Develop clear pricing and charging structure with controlling.
? Regular analysis about organizational cost center reports.
-Benchmarking:
? Implement and coordinate internal Benchmark activities.
? Monitor and analyze the results of Benchmark with respective team leaders
-Organizational Support:
? Organize and correspond appointments, meetings and telephone conferences.
? Coordinate and develop presentations
? Close cooperation with head of HR//services, in order to support her/him in all specific matters in the company.
? Support communication between management team and staff
-Talent development
? Drive the talent development plans and execution for the HR services org to ensure the people readiness for current and future business needs
? Assist the HR services head and leadership team on talent management activities to prepare the future of the organization success
-Communication
? Lead the communication of HR services team to motivate and timely communicate the informaiton to the whole HR service team;
? Responsible for the communicaiton of HR services team to external leaders and customers for a seamless communicaiton between HR services team and key stakeholders
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
? Experience in Human Resources or in service area.
? Background in staffing, compensation and benefits, communications and talent management are preferred
? Knowledge of systematic building of Shared Service Center is a plus.
? Fluent English and Chinese skills(both in written and oral).
? MS office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
? Service and result oriented
? Ability of setting priorities.
? Flexible in quick changes.
? Strong in organization ability.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability of work under pressure.
