We are looking for an Accountant Assistant. This person reports to China Finance Controller.

 

Check staff's expenses claim and ensure all claims can comply with company's policy

Accurate and timely finance VAT invoice issue & verification. Preparation of national/local tax reports on a monthly basis

Responsible for process execution and compliance (and manual Journals voucher, balance sheet review, month end closing) in according to policy and directives

Prepare and submit statutory tax declaration such as enterprise tax, VAT and business tax according to the government laws and regulations

Ensure that complete historical accounting data and the records are available

Check journal entries, vouchers, general ledger and other records according to accounting principles to meet the reporting schedule

Support the Finance Manager and the external parties in the audit process

Effective and timely communication with locations wherever necessary

Timely discussions and escalation on all issues with the immediate superiors.

Essential criteria
a). 2-3 year finance-related or external audit experience with basic account knowledge
b).Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
c).Microsoft office (excel is a must)
