职位描述
*注:本职位为9-10个月短期职位
Main Purpose of Job:
To develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manages full-set of accounts to ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures, tax compliance and reporting
2.Liaise with tax agents, bankers, FESCO on all HR, financial and accounting issues
3.Ensures smooth delivery of day-to-day financial operations of AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL and statutory reporting
4.Process employees expense reports
5.Process entries in Company's ERP system (a training will be provided)
6.Develop and monitor all necessary controls to ensure that the company complies with statutory requirements
7.Act as the company's main source of expertise on financial and HR issues
8.Act as the main point of contact with external auditors and provide them all statutory information
9.Ensures timely management reporting, reconciliations and month-end closing
10.Work with sales on customer issues: assist in invoice, quarterly reports, chasing receivables, and withholding tax issues
11.Establish a liaison with local government authorities for inspection, extend, and update, etc.
Job Requires:
1.Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
2.A qualified accountant-intermediate accountant qualification is necessary
3.At least 5 years experience of managing financial control systems and processes
4.Experience of managing computerized accounts systems
5.Good communication skills
6.Knowledge of China regulations (especially taxes and HR)
7.Effectively bilingual in English / Chinese
