职位描述

Job Definition & Responsibility

1、Working with in-country store and marketing teams to align a targeted weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual online merchandising calendar to drive user acquisition, user activation, and user activity

2、Managing outsourcing RD team to develop local store feature to drive user experience, follow through with specific documentations such as mockup and PRD

3、Working with headquarters’ Content & Editorial team to learn cloud services framework, system, tools, and processes to define in-country services management and content operation processes

4、Defining in-country store strategy and implement strategy by sourcing local contents, creating content merchandising and promotion plan

5、Monitoring competition’s development in the country closely to define counter action accordingly

6、Developing in-depth understanding of Smartphone online store user behavior trends in order to make strategy and merchandising plan adjustment quickly

7、Driving in-country store traffic such as daily impressions, click-through, trials, subscriptions, and downloads to meet company’s goals

8、Managing digital design agency for merchandising banners, eDMs, and promotional materials

9、Managing a CMS Specialist in the China office to operate content ingestion, content update, and content merchandising plans

Aptitude or Personality Required

- BA/BS with 5 to 8 years of E-commerce management experience with a worldwide leading e-commerce, portal, Smartphone, or mobile operator brand. MBA in Marketing preferred.

- Solid understanding of online store development and operation process, from design to build and from build to profit.

- In-depth, practical, and up-to-date Smartphone industry knowledge and people network for digital merchandise or digital contents.

- Smartphone lover. Passion for digital contents, new internet applications, and new internet business models.

- Experience working in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.

- Attention to details, self-motivated, and result oriented.

- Native Chinese speaker with a global perspective and fluency in English.

- Excellent communications and business negotiation skills.

- Ability to multi task and deliver under tight timeline.
