职位描述

主要工作职责

1. 负责国内,国际会议的计划书、询价和报价;

2. 负责与客户沟通、协调,了解客户需求;

3. 负责会议的操作总控,组织安排客户的签证,机票,酒店,地接工作;

4. 负责会议现场执行;

5. 维护良好的供应商关系,控制成本;

6. 负责整个项目从初期筹备至末期收款的全部工作,尤其是会议结束后与客户结算并定期催款;

7. 维护客户关系。


任职资格:

1. 有三到四年的公司会务经验,或会务公司操作大型会议经验;

2. 英文听说读写流利;

3. 有组织团队,带领团队出团经验;

4. 有开拓市场的能力及良好的处理问题的技巧;

5. 与同事间保持良好的沟通、协作关系。
