Insurance Specialist - Beijing


Job Descriptions & Major Responsibilities

Product Performance
1. Develop customer base through natural network, social networking, road-shows and referrals
2. Approach and sell insurance policies to potential customers and existing branch customers
3. Determine prospects’ needs by scheduling sufficient fact-finding appointments, evaluating their needs and recommending suitable products to cover their long term financial goals.
4. Support relationship manager/relationship officer in explaining policy, analysing insurance options, suggesting additions or changes to prospects and existing customers.
5. Conduct meetings and seminars to promote insurance product knowledge and skill awareness to prospects, existing customers and branch sales and service staff
6.Strictly adhere to local regulations, ANZ China guideline and compliance requirements.
7. Motivate self development to be a future leader.


Customer & Key Initiatives
* Drives customer centric sales and product promotions by meeting both internal and external customers’ needs

Collaboration
* Collaborating with branch sales as required and enhance the up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.


Qualifications & Desired Skills

1. Life insurance, Investment-linked insurance and preferable general insurance certification
2. At least 1-2 years insurance sales experience
3. Preferably university graduate with disciplines in Finance/Economics/Marketing/Statistics
4. Able to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines
5. Insurance knowledge & Communication skills.
6. Insurance company experiences in Tel-sales and financial advisor/planner is preferred.
7 Self-motivated and customer orientated.
8. Must be a team player.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Outgoing personality with good presentation skills.
11. Good time management skills and PC skills.
12. General (spoken and written) in English and fluent Chinese (Mandarin).
13. 持有保险营销员代理证
14. 电话营销经验 preferred
