Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent
? Assist the Public Affairs Director in building and maintaining Wrigley China's corporate reputation, and ensuring that all activities carried out by Wrigley China promote a positive corporate image across all communities and interest groups in China.
? Track and manage Cross-Segment issues, and support Cross-Segment team on the coordination.
? Assist PA team in building the relationship with key government agencies and officials by means of proactive engagement and communications.
? Handle basic work as an assistant, including but not confined to:
? Responsible for collecting, recording, sorting, filing and maintenance of Wrigley/Mars China corporate-related materials (publications, press clippings, hard & soft-copied photos, etc.) .
? Maintain effective communication with secretary of the MD and secretaries of other departments and play an active role as a coordinator between PA and the other departments.
? Perform other projects or assignments as requested by the PA Director.


Incumbent Requirements

This position requires a University degree in English, communication or other related fields. At least 5 years secretarial or similar experience in reputed foreign companies.

In addition, the incumbent must be people-oriented, proactive, well organized, highly integrated and a good communicator & team player.

The incumbent must possess implementation and problem-solving skills as well as interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.

The incumbent should also have good command of English, fluent in speaking and writing, good PC processing skills "especially power point skills) is also important.
